Started off well, did my morning enemas as usual. What pleasure;) My routine is, that when I wake up, I'll have my alkalising drink asap ie. baking soda water.
Then I start the water distiller, so that in a few hours I will have my water ready for the next days' cleanse. When that's going, I warm my distilled water up, for the enema I am about to have. Add a bit of Baking soda, and Bob's your uncle! Baking Soda is alkalising on the body, brings more oxygen into blood, which most nasty bugs can't handle. So that should be good for me. There is a Italian Doctor whom treats cancer with baking soda! But (un)surprisingly he has since been struck of the medical record. I think he still treats patients though. His name is Dr. Tullio Simoncini. He has written a book about his treatment protocols , which also includes some case studies, quite interesting to read: Cancer is a fungus.
So I had about 4 litres of water ready to go, locked myself into the bathroom. Came out (ran out occasionally) to let it all out- as there is no toilet in the bathroom. An hour or so later I was ready, so I had some probiotics, to replace all the good ones that got flushed out too. 30 minutes later I was ready to have breakfast, but I had to go to the shop. So I had a psyllium drink, which is just some psyllium husk in water....mmm...very filling!
I had to start cooking for the funeral we were going to in the evening. Just wanted to take some food over, to the grieving family, so I made a couple of large lasagnes and some apple crumbles....mmm....hard to cook without tasting, and eating and tasting some more....But I was determined. So when I got back from the shop, I was starving. I made a lovely salad, and it tasted real good. As I didn't have any salad yesterday. Then it was cooking time, spent all day in kitchen until it was time to go. I even made a big salad to take to the funeral, so that I would have something to munch on. Had more foods for me in the car (in case of emergency). But anyway, I lost the plot. The food was looking and smelling so good that I couldn't help my self. I could have, but I didn't. And I don't feel bad about it, as I only had salad and some venison(protein). I figured if I just stay clear form the carb's(love of my life, after sugar). I know the meat is acidifying on the body....but never mind. Tomorrow again I will be strict as.
Good Night now, it's getting late.
